About_naf_1009Nathalie Fréchet founded Passion 4 Customers in 2004 and as a consultant has been working for clients such as T-Mobile International and Equens a pan-European payment processor. In 1993 Nathalie started working in technical support for Hewlett-Packard in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Within 10 years of working for HP, Nathalie gradually evolved from being an on-line agent, a support engineer, a European operations manager and finally a total Customer Experience manager for a business segment. During the latter, Nathalie aligned pre & post sales support organizations with sales and manufacturing divisions with the objective to dramatically improve the customer experience whilst evaluating the return on investment of customer loyalty.

After HP, Nathalie joined Stream International, a global service provider where she held a dual product marketing and tender manager role. In this function, Nathalie equipped the European business development team with the skills, process and framework to bid successfully for business to business post-sales supply-chain and call centre services into the IT market.
Nathalie is a 6-sigma black belt, is a dual French and British national and speaks fluently French, English and Dutch. Nathalie currently resides in southern Germany.

About_mark_1009Mark Bakker is co-founder of Passion4customers and supports Nathalie Fréchet in driving the company’s vision, strategy and execution of services. Mark is a well experienced executive in the areas of customer service, supply chain management and logistics, with more than 20 years of work experience in large corporations. Mark started his career in hotel management where he gained his passion and energy for excellent customer service. After this he joined Hewlett Packard where he has worked in a variety of management positions in customer service including the role of Director of Consumer Support Operations. In most recent years Mark has shifted his career into other aspects of Operations Management at HP and has held executive roles in the area of supply chain and logistics including that of Senior Director Supply Chain Operations for HP’s Imaging and Printing Group in EMEA.

In his many years in the corporate world Mark obtained in depth understanding of the advantages of excellent customer service for both the company as well as the individual customer and can translate this into many tangible benefits.
