What happens next?
During a 30-day period we will gather all feedback, classify them by company and prepare a report, which we will then address to the head of customer services of the concerned companies. With your permission, companies may choose to contact you directly. We will ask to be kept in the loop to monitor resolution of your complaint. You will, at any time, be able to be kept up to date on the status of your complaint through our website.
Should the company choose not to respond? Our next actions are to create awareness by publishing articles across a very wide network of online magazines specialized in customer service, we also publish showcases and write case studies.
